Fitting

The DPChip system optimises the entire engine map and fits easily and unobtrusively. Simply plug and play. Retrofitting back to the vehicles original condition is possible at any time. It is generally as simple as unplugging the DPChip. Each DPChip module fits a range of vehicles. If you are selling your vehicle simply unplug the DPChip and take it with you to your next EFI controlled vehicle.
Jeep Grande Cherokee On the Jeep it's as simple as finding the ECU plugs and... ...simply pluging in the DPChip which fits neatly in the engine bay.

The instructions for the DP-34 Chip Detailed pictures make for easy fitment. And on the 100series Landcruiser DPChip fits neatly behing the glove box.
Iveco Daily 50C15 The DPChip fits neatly in the engine bay of the Iveco DPChip can be fitted by anyone with good DIY skills or simply call in to one of our distributors and they will fit it for you.
Fitting the DPChip to the Prado is a simple wire-in. It is completely safe to fit. No damage or short circuit is possible while connecting the wires. The first is on the fuel pump. The connection harness loom is fed through the firewall into the cabin. Next the glovebox is removed to access the ECU. Detailed illustrated instructions make for simple fitting.

It is impossible to damage the vehicles ECU or electronics, even if you were to connect the wires in the wrong way
no damage can be done because the
DPChip fits downstream of the ECU.
The DPChip is a true plug and play device. Once it's connection harness is installed, it can be unplugged as quickly as pulling a plug from a power point. Fitting is very simple for anyone with anyone with a reasonable amount of DIY experience. Alternately any auto electrician or one of our distributors can fit it for you. Fitting takes from 5 mins on plug-in fittings(like the Jeep at the top) to 30 or 40 mins for some of the wire-in fittings (like the Prado shown above).

Finally the DPChip is plugged into the loom and ready to go. The operational LED's will show you that the unit is working, no guessing required with this intelligent chip. The DPChip is then discreetly tucked away before the glove box is replaced.
